Would you believe we went to the pumpkin patch and didn't pick out one pumpkin? How can that be? It was our first time at Biringer Farms in Everett (or maybe it's Marysville). There was so much fun stuff for the kids to do we couldn't be bothered with picking pumpkins!
Btw, the whole outing consisted of action shots. Not only will my kids no longer pose for me, they now find it amusing to run and hide from me! Oh well, it was a great time for all!
On a side note, Andrew is very self conscious of his teeth so he rarely gives a teeth smile. With my mommy goggles on, the photos of him smiling with teeth have to be some of my all time favorites! Not to mention that's him really being himself.

What a fun place! I can see why the kids would rather run around than pose... You always do the neatest storyboards that really convey a sense of the day and place. The goat "obastacle course" looks awfully inviting for kids, too! BTW, your oldest son is a cutie. I like his smile, too---and that dimple!
How fun! I love going to farms in the fall, we usually don't end up picking pumpkins either (they are so expensive, plus the kids are always busy doing other things).
Looks like they had a lot of fun. What great storyboards. Good luck on dh job prospects.
You sound so optimistic about your kids running and hiding from you. Glad you were able to get some great shots regardless.
How fun! We are supposed to go to the pumpkin patch on Friday!!
Looks like a great day! What was with the goat up on top of that really high staircase/log thing? The family picture is absolutely beautiful.
